As a teenager, I loved Boy bands. My "mastermind" specialist subject could be boybands of the 90s/2000s. I could do a TED Talk on boybands. And my devotion to boybands has no barrier. I don't care if the boyband was popular one not. 1 or 10 singles...I don't care. I would have bought the cd single and sat in my bedroom, listening to it on repeat for hours on end.
Human Nature are/ were an Australian boyband. They were featured on "Neighbours" at one time. But I actually loved them before that. I actually own the "Telling Everybody" album. And "Wishes" is a great song.
When I was a teenager, my mum (worried that I had no friends in the real world; thanks to my school bullies and social anxiety) she signed me up for this penpal group thing, and one of my penpals lived in Australia, and that's how i discovered Human Nature. I'm pretty sure "Wishes" was released over here, in the UK. But I just wanted to feature the song, as I think its a lovely song, and deserves more attention.
